This home was recently fully renovated and now exudes sophistication, luxury, and elegance beyond what you could imagine. As well as this, the home offers complete privacy to guests, allowing for a relaxing vacation without a care in the world. Greensleeves offers guests 10 bedrooms in total, each room beautifully designed to the highest standard, with comfort and luxury in mind. The main house at Greensleeves features eight of the ten bedrooms. Several of these rooms curve around the pool and are complete with their own private terraces. You can expect canopy beds, bespoke designer upholstery and finishings, and spacious Italian marble ensuites.
The grandiose master suite in the home is a tranquil oasis for guests with a soundtrack from the sea. It includes a spacious lounge area, window-seat reading nook, wet bar and sprawling ensuite with a freestanding bathtub. The wrap-around terrace at the water’s edge is a highlight – perfect for an intimate breakfast or evening sundowners.
Blue Point, the self-contained guest cottage offers two additional ensuite bedrooms on the south side of the property. This space is ideal for a family or two couples looking for extra privacy, while also allowing them to experience a family vacation.

Unavailable We loved everything about Greensleeves. The pool, the gardens, the bedroom but above all the team of staff that looked after us throughout our stay. I can highly recommend this villa. Also, Julie and Yvonne at Exceptional Villas were really professional. I will use them again.

Greensleeves had me at hello! I love the space, the facilities, the decor and of course the location on Gibbs. A highlight for me was the Ocean Suite - one of the nicest bedrooms I've ever seen. The staff are wonderful & really look after everything once you cross the threshold! I'd highly recommend to family groups especially and to those who love beachfront luxury & privacy.
Greensleeves is totally exquisite in every way. The moment you enter via the beautiful wooden bridge and into the main area you will know you are somewhere very special indeed. The location is incredible with access to two beaches including Gibbs Beach which is one of the best on the island. I also think the Master bedroom is the nicest I have ever come across. It is only available when the house is rented based on a 9 bedroom occupancy so its worth bringing all your friends and family!
I was blown away by Greensleeves, it is such a clean, spacious, and majestic property. I am a very modern style person and I wouldn't have thought I will like this villa because of the very English touches, especially in the bedrooms. But really, when you are there, you completely forget about this and it does actually look very nice and nicely done. All rooms are so comfortable, offering beautiful ocean views. The property and garden are so private and offer beach access with a boardwalk for your morning or evening walks. The amazing staff will look after you in every detail and big family reunion dinners are going to stay in your memory forever.
Greensleeves is just breath taking as soon as you step through the doors. The high ceilings and distinctive interiors are exquisite. Your meals prepared by your chef can be served at different locations around the villa all whilst enjoying the stunning views. Beautiful manicured grounds surround the property and you will have private access to Gibbs Beach known to many as the best on the island. Once you arrive the wonderful staff will look after your every need all whilst you bask in everything this amazing property has to offer.
