Old Trees 7 Bella Vista is a lovely 3 bedroom beach front apartment located on the first floor of the very prestigious Old Trees Development on Payne’s Bay. Old Trees 7 is one of our most popular Barbados rental properties and for very good reason.
The located on Payne’s Bay is hard to beat. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados with white sands and calm waters. Old Trees is located on the more northerly and quieter end of the beach. It is close to Holetown where you will find a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and night life. Old Trees is also walking distance along the beach to the famous Sandy Lane Hotel and also the very popular Daphne’s Restaurant. There is a great selection of watersports available on the beach and Payne’s Bay is one of the few spots on the island where you can swim with turtles off the shore. There is also some really good snorkelling here.
This property itself has a large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen and has a lovely airy and bright feel to it. The décor has tones of white beige and cream with wonderful pops of colour through the use of some lovely local artwork. There is a stunning white baby grand piano and the living area opens right up to the terrace via double doors making Old Trees 7 the perfect place to enjoy indoor/outdoor living.
Our guests of Villas Barbados particularly love the terrace. It is a great spot for relaxing, taking in the view and most of our guests also enjoy many of their meals here too.
There are three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. The Master is particularly lovely and has a four poster King Bed. The room opens up to the terrace with wonderful views. There is no doubt this is one of the best places in Barbados to wake up to the lapping of the shore and the soothing sounds of the sea. The second and third bedrooms are located to the rear of the property. Each of them is tastefully decorated with Bajan inspired art works.
There is a lovely fully equipped kitchen overlooking the spacious dining and living area and it is completed with the highest standards. There are stainless steel appliances and recessed spotlighting as well as every modern convenience.
The gardens at Old Trees are mature and full of tropical flowers and lovely casuarinas trees which frame the shimmering turquoise waters. Old Trees also has one of the nicest free form swimming pools on the island.
STAFF
You will be well cared for in Old Trees 7 Bella Vista by your own housekeeper who will be on hand 6 days per week. In the winter and over the festive period, you will also have your own cook to prepare your meals. In addition, Adrian the beach butler will ensure your every comfort on the beach and by the pool. He prepares your beach loungers each morning. Lastly there is a villa manager on call for any additional requirements you may have.

Unavailable What a wonderful trip to Barbados !!! We usually stayed on the South Coast but decided to try the West Coast for a change. It was amazing, the villa, beach, staff, locals food and drinks were second to none. Old Trees complex is ideally located on Paynes Bay and close to everything. Thank you to Paul and Julie for getting us a great deal and for organising everything. 5-star vacation and service.
This was our first time ever having a fully serviced apartment rental and it was unlike anything we had ever imagined! Allison did a fantastic job making this place feel like home for the week that we were here. She also gave us so many helpful tips! Rose cooked us the most delicious meals - make sure to try the flying fish! Every room is beautiful and the views of the ocean at night are stunning - I could sit on that patio and watch the waves roll in all day! Make sure to go and explore the island - we could happily come back here many more times!
Hi Rowena - Everything was perfect. The support from you and your team was wonderful. Old Trees is a fantastic property. The staff is extraordinary - Adrienne and Elsa are the best; it was amazing to have our beach chairs set up for us each morning and to have our flat perfectly clean and our clothes washed and pressed every day. Wow. The restaurants were exceptional. Amazing trip overall. We hope to return again soon and will certainly work with Exceptional Villas again — whether it’s for Barbados or some other destination. Finally - we can’t thank you enough for your scheduling flexibility. When the pandemic hit and then my mother-in-law became ill — we thought this trip would never happen — you all made this possible.
