Welcome to Amberley House and Lodge, a beautiful 6 bedroom villa fully air-conditioned villa located on one of the most exclusive roads within the Sandy Lane Estate.

Amberley House can be rented as a 4 bedroom villa or a 6 bedroom villa - there's a lovely adjoining 2 bedroom lodge.

Amberley is an exquisite luxury property and has the wonderful advantage of having access to the very exclusive Sandy Lane Beach where there is a special area for Sandy lane Estate guests. Amberley has a stunning private swimming pool and the house is situated amidst beautiful gardens and impeccably maintained grounds.

It is wonderfully quiet and the second you step in the door you will feel yourself unwinding in this complete sanctuary.

Amberley is located just a couple of minutes drive to the main Sandy Lane Hotel and to Holetown where you will find an incredible selection of both designer and local shopping. This area in Barbados is also famous for its restaurants and there is an amazing selection of beautiful oceanfront restaurants to choose from. The beach at Sandy lane is second to none and here you will be able to avail yourself of a big variety of water sports.

The sheltered beach is always calm and safe for swimming. Turtles can be seen a few meters offshore for those more adventurous and wishing to snorkel in the crystal clear waters.

Four bedrooms are located in the main house at Amberley. These comprise the stunning master bedroom which has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. There are two queen bedded rooms that share a bathroom and a further queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

There is an extremely well-appointed and beautiful kitchen providing every imaginable appliance, as well as an ample supply of dishes and utensils. The living area has several sofas and chairs, a wall entertainment centre for cable television, a DVD player, radio and wireless internet access. From here there is floor to ceiling windows that lead onto a stunning covered terrace with a wooden decking making Amberley the perfect house to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. The Terrace then leads out onto a large private swimming pool with relaxing sunbeds and a heated Jacuzzi.

The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a cocktail or a stunning meal with friends and family cooked by our wonderful in house chef. The house is beautifully decorated to create a vibrant living experience synonymous with that of the Caribbean.
With its alluring décor, every modern convenience, delightful provisions for outdoor living, and beach access to the Sandy Lane beach, Amberley leaves nothing to be desired.

AMBERLEY LODGE
The other 2 guest bedrooms are located in the adjoining Amberley Lodge, which is a two-storey cottage featuring 1,200 sq ft of living space, inclusive of two air-conditioned bedrooms inclusive of double beds, full bathroom with shower, powder room, living/dining room with dining table and kitchen. The Lodge has coral finishes both inside and out, with beautiful marble floor tiling.

The large covered terrace and stunning deck with Jacuzzi pool offer ample outdoor living space surrounded by mature gardens with Mahogany trees. The Lodge enjoys both peace and privacy with its own entrance with an electric gate and parking for two vehicles.

STAFF Just so that you feel totally pampered, Amberley comes with our wonderful housekeeper who will be on hand to look after you 6 days per week together with a cook. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Amberley, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beachside restaurants just a short drive away.
