As the saying goes “Location is everything” and this is what you get when you stay at the chic Bora Bora “lower” villa on Paynes Bay. The villa is positioned among the palm trees on one of the islands’s most famous beaches. Guest can enjoy peaceful beach living with excellent swimming and snorkelling right on your doorstep. There is also a wonderful selection of restaurants and a vibrant nightlife in nearby Holetown.
The villa itself was recently renovated with a bright and chic new look. The fan cooled living area has a beige and navy blue décor and open out to a sundeck which has a barbeque and 4 sun loungers for guests use. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. If you would like we can arrange to have an excellent cook to come and prepare a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner for you and your guests.
The 2 bedrooms are spacious and bright; the first bedroom has a queen bed and comes with an ensuite bathroom and stand alone shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and if needed they can be put together to make a very comfortable king bed. There is a second bathroom adjacent to this room which also comes with a shower.
Bora Bora is all about outdoor living and relaxation. Its location is idyllic being on the cusp of the turquoise waters of Paynes Bay. Apart from the excellent swimming and snorkelling guests can also avail of water sports such as jet skies, kayaks or paddleboats. Early morning or late evening is a nice time to take long beach walks to the Sandy Lane Hotel and Resort. It is best to walk to Sandy Lane near low tide or if its high tide you can reach the hotel in less than 3 minutes drive.
Holetown is just a few minutes’ drive away from the villa, here you have some excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping (be it fashion or grocery). For golf lovers the Sandy Lane golf course is a few minutes’ drive away as well as the Royal Westmoreland’s golf club. We would advise to pre book tee times to avoid disappointment so just ask our excellent guest specialist Julie to organise this for you.
Bora Bora is separated into 2 apartments “Upper” and “Lower” and both can be rented separately or together making the property a 4 bedroom villa. This really is the perfect choice for those who are looking for a casual, relaxing, and fun filled vacation in Barbados.

At Bora Bora Antoinette our housekeeper will take very good care of you and Thomas the security guard comes on at sundown. If you would like us to organise a cook to come and prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for you we would be happy to organise it. Please contact our concierge Julie to enquire about this service.

Unavailable Hi Julie, just a short note to say thank you for everything you did for us in arranging our trip to Barbados. Everything ran smoothly, the villas were gorgeous and the food you sorted out for us was good and easy to cook making life easy. Weather was lovely, we had 1 day of torrential rain which even surprised the Bajans, the worst they have had in about 50 years apparently. But everything was great. Many Many thanks. I loved the location here..right on Paynes Bay. The beach is just stunning..great long walks all the way down to Sandy Lane..best done in low tide! Decor has been recently refurbished so its a lovely bright modern rental. Great value for beachfront.
