Property Description

Coral Cove 14 Crowsnest is a luxury 3 bedroom 3,371 square foot penthouse with an unbeatable waterfront location and amazing views. It is located on Payne’s Bay, one of the best beaches on the island of Barbados where you will find endless white sands and calm turquoise seas that are perfect for snorkelling and swimming. 

Coral Cove 14’s beautiful design and refined sense of style perfectly match the high expectations set by the ideal location on Payne’s Bay.

Within this extraordinary setting, this luxury Barbados penthouse is a rhapsody of colours and textures:  Brilliant white furnishings, light limestone flooring, silky hardwood furniture and smooth stainless steel appliances beautifully juxtapose the building's contemporary design with the Barbados’ tropical Caribbean vibe. The carpet has been especially designed to further enhance the décor. This together with some beautiful pieces of unique and contemporary art makes Crowsnest a very special place indeed.

Crowsnest is the jewel in the crown of the Coral Cove development which comprises of a handful of luxury apartments and penthouses. There is a private car park for the development, security and lovely mature tropical gardens. One of our favourite things to do when staying in Coral Cove is to take walks along the beautiful beach. It is possible to walk along the beach to Sandy Lane to the north in low tide and walk to just before the Cliff Restaurant to the south. The Crowsnest terrace is also the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful sunsets whilst sipping a glass of champagne or a pre dinner cocktail.

There are three beautiful en-suite bedrooms each with a walk in closet, television and entertainment system in Coral Cove 14 Crowsnest. The master bedroom is really spacious and is located at the front with beautiful views and direct access to the terrace.  There is a very large marble bathroom with bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has 2 single beds which can also be made up as a King sized double. Each of these rooms has a private shower room.

Lastly there is a lovely modern and open plan kitchen with all conveniences and high speed internet throughout.   

The location on Payne’s Bay is hard to beat. Holetown is really close by and there is a great selection of both designer and local shops to be found there. There are also several restaurants that are walking distance including the restaurants at Treasure Beach and Tamarind. The world famous Daphne’s restaurant is also walking distance.

STAFF:  Our lovely housekeeper at Coral Cove 14 will be on hand 6 days per week between the hours of 9am and 4pm. She prepares breakfast and a light lunch for our guests and dinner is available at a small additional charge on request.
