The saying goes that “There are no Mondays in Paradise” and this is certainly the case when staying at Easy Reach. This is a wonderful beachfront residence located on the beautiful Mullins Bay beach in Barbados. This property had a full make-over a few years ago and has become a very popular home for our repeat clients. Our client’s love it for the views, location and staff.
Easy Reach is a 3-bedroom villa overlooking the water’s edge. It has a large open plan living room that stretches out to a delightful terrace area with the Caribbean Sea as its backdrop. The décor of the villa is simple with traditional white wooded beams on the ceilings and white tiled floors. The kitchen was recently installed and comes fully equipped with all modern appliances.
The Master bedroom at Easy Reach is located upstairs and is en-suite with a shower. Double glass doors open out to your own private balcony. This area is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or just taking in the awe-inspiring- ocean views. Downstairs you have a second and third bedroom with king size beds. Bedroom 2 has an ocean view and access out to the terrace – it’s here you will find sun loungers and umbrellas. The third bedroom has a king bed that can be split to make 2 twin beds when necessary. All bedroom are En suite and come with air conditioning also.
The large covered terrace is excellent for dining al fresco. It’s the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. Cocktails at sunset are really enjoyable. Our cook Marilyn and housekeeper Chantal will spoil you from the minute you walk through the doors. Marilyn’s cooking is well known on the island and guests are in for a special treat when staying here.
If you are not familiar with Mullins beach, it’s in the St Peters area of the West Coast. It boasts crystal clear waters, powdered white sands and is excellent for sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling. There are two really excellent restaurants within walking distance including the very well-known Mullins Beach Bar. Almost directly across the road from Easy Reach, you will be able to enjoy the facilities of the Indulgence Spa and fitness centre which is managed by Royal Westmoreland.
STAFF
Marilyn and Chantal are your cook and house keeper while staying at Easy Reach. They are excellent and passionate about their jobs and proud of the property. Both work 6 days a week and prepare 2 consecutive meals such as breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner. Villas Barbados is also happy to offer a full and complimentary concierge service prior to your arrival.

I am a beach house lover.. but Easy Reach does really meet your expectations of a beach house. All the bedrooms are comfortable, and the master bedroom on the top floor is just the perfect place! So nicely decorated.. This is so peaceful to stay here and hear the sound of the waves and watch the shades of blue of the sea. Good to know : Easy Reach and Sunset Reach are right next door and can be combined for a large group, you will then get 6 bedrooms in total.
A lovely beach house with great views. Based near the beautiful Mullins Bay it is an ideal location.
