Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with rain shower/tub combo, and single granite vanity.
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Twin beds (can be made as a king-size bed if required), air conditioning, ceiling fan, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with rain shower, and single granite vanity.

• Check-out is noon, no exception – guaranteed late check-out if paid for before arrival if available at the time of booking. This is 50% of the rack rate, with no exceptions. No late checkouts can be paid for during the stay, even if available. It must be done at the time of booking.
