The Main House’s outdoor pavilion is a highlight of the estate, offering a host of luxurious experiences. The three-story Main House boasts eight full ensuite bedrooms with central air-conditioning and spacious walk-in closets. On the opposite side of the estate, the Guest House offers four ensuite bedrooms, an indoor-outdoor dining area, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office. Unavailable Laughing Waters is the luxury villa by Excellence. This place is very special and will promise everyone a private and memorable stay. There are so many spaces for everyone and the beautiful Sandylane beach is right at your feet, accessible by a private and discreet entrance.
We are so delighted to offer Laughing Waters to our wonderful clients - I was completely blown away by our visit there & first of all I have to say the images don't do it justice! The owners will have video footage coming soon! The space here & attention to detail by Laura and the villa team is second to none. I know our guests will LOVE the villa, the expansive gardens, the service, the proximity to Sandy Lane Beach (2 mins walk) and the owner privilages afforded to them at Sandy Lane Hotel. Also worth mentioning the top of the range gym, cinema, art deco bar & beautiful swimming pool! I highly recommend to multi-generational families or friends who love true luxury, privacy & service.
