Leamington Cottage is one of the nicest One Bedroom Beach Front villas in Barbados. Set on a powdery white sandy beach with its own private plunge pool, this One Bedroom beachfront rental is perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing break or for a special honeymoon vacation.
Leamington Cottage is a self-contained cottage situated on Leamington Estate and located close to Speightstown. The village is home to a selection of casual dining options, a nice beach, fishing boats, traditional food, local markets and some really nice bakeries. The Cobblers Cove Beach and Hotel is a 5 minute’s beach walk north of the Cottage
What guests love to much about Leamington Cottage is the private setting and laid back luxury it offers while being steps from the beach. With its own private entrance and separate driveway, the cottage offers privacy to all guests. The terrace is one of our personal favorite feature, here you will find your own private plunge pool as well as a nice outdoor dining area for alfresco meals or to enjoy a sunset cocktail. A private gate leads you to the beach just in front. There is a reef directly in front of Leamington Cottage which is ideal for snorkeling and you will find a sandy beach located to the north or south of the property which is easy to walk to.
The villa is open plan with a beautifully decorated bright and airy living room. The villa is furnished to the highest standard and features a stunning glass dining table. There are incredible views from the living room to the azure ocean. There is a fully equipped small kitchen in the cottage tucked in the corner.
The Master Bedroom is located just off the living room and features a large king bed with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom feature marble tiles and has a shower.
Note: The cottage may be rented separately or together with the main villa Leamington Pavilion which is located next door and includes four en-suite bedrooms and a large swimming pool set within tropical grounds.

Unavailable Leamington Cottage was immaculate and fully equipped to meet all our needs while on vacation. The entire staff – Nicole our Host Manager – was friendly and professional and very resourceful. She made sure everything was well maintained and in working properly. Our Cook/Maid was so very sweet and always a delightful joy to be around, her meals were delicious! We felt as though the staff gladly went out of their way to make our stay and visit to Barbados a wonderful and memorable experience. Nicole our Host Manager went out of her way to make sure we were able to do the activities we had desired. She is highly resourceful, very professional and is a five star customer service Host Manager. Many thanks to Nicole and the staff at Leamington Cottage – we will be back!
We loved the villa. Andrea was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful and a great cook. She takes excellent care of the villa. All of the staff were the best we have had in Barbados (although everyone we have met has been very welcoming actually), but at Leamington Cottage everyone takes wonderful care of you, while also allowing you plenty of privacy. The decor of the cottage is perfect, the linens, towels etc. are exceptional! We loved everything!
Exactly what we expected! The website delivered all it promised and these days that's not always the case. The Cottage is well prepared for a comfortable stay, all worked well.The staff were first class and as we stayed for 24 days, we saw all weather, most situations and left feeling very satisfied and well rested. The location is excellent, literally three steps to the beach, safe, well guarded, well maintained.
Everyone was very cordial. We loved Andrea, her cooking was excellent. Beautiful location and island.

Hi Yvonne, We loved the Leamington Cottage! The house and property were beautiful and very well kept. I could not have been happier with the house and the accommodations. Our housekeeper, Feline, was amazing, offering great food, service and company. I would stay in an Exceptional Villa again and recommend these properties to other.

-re-trip arrangements: Both you and Julie were fantastic throughout the entire process. Always willing to answer questions and very organized with how information was passed along. Made this part of the process much less stressful.
- Arrival/Cottage: We were greeted by Julie and Andrea at the cottage and everything was in perfect order. They both took the time to explain key things on arrival and we were quickly able to settle in. We were immediately ‘wowed’ by the cottage itself – what an unbelievable place/location! Waking up to the sounds of waves crashing almost right at our feet is something I won’t soon forget.
- Andrea: Hard to sum up how wonderful Andrea is. She was absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay; Danielle is still exchanging text messages with her! Not only a fantastic cook, she has a warm and kind soul that made our stay so much more enjoyable.
- Excursions: Everything was perfect, all rides arrived on schedule and final payment was super easy. Dinner at The Cliff was awesome!
Overall was a fantastic trip with many great memories.

I loved the proximity to the beach here! Leamington Cottage is a romantic getaway in the true sense of the word. Good swimming within a short walk north or south and also just a short stroll down the beach to Cobblers Cove Hotel. The outdoor space is fantastic too..very relaxing..
