With two levels of elegant living space, Pandora boasts a tastefully furnished ground floor with a living room, kitchen, and guest bedroom with shower room. Step outside to a covered patio overlooking a private plunge pool and garden, with direct access to a shared swimming pool and sun terrace.
Upstairs, two en-suite guest bedrooms offer comfort and serenity, with shared terrace access for enjoying views of the Mullins Bay Complex. Bedroom one is furnished with a King-size bed and Bedroom two with twin beds. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished, homely and comfortable.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We had a super time and only wish we could have stayed for longer! This is a beautiful secluded villa almost on the edge of Mullins Beach and such an oasis of calm to retreat to after a busy beach day. A stunning house- amazing rooms and wet rooms. A super plunge pool. A large shared pool for the compound of houses, and use of all the tennis and sports facilities at Sugar Hill too. Amazing!

We had a blast in Barbados with our family. The team at Exceptional Villas was super super helpful and thanks to them everything went well. Special thanks to Rowena who was outstanding, booked restaurants for us and more. The App is very useful and helps you with the timing of event booked for you as well as arrival and departure times for the family( we were arriving and flying to different countries). The Villa is located is a very nice complex, one step close to the beach where you can enjoy daybeds provided by tue club. You can also enjoy the amenities (sport club, tennis courts…)at the Royal Westmorland club. The staff, for us the wonderful Ms Nancy, was attentive and always ready to help and even cook a delicious Baja’s meal for us. Overall a fantastic experience and we HIGHLY recommend Exceptional Villas. We will be back !
