Property Description

Reeds House 12 is a luxury 3 bedroom beach front fully air-conditioned Barbados apartment or condominium set within a the lovely Reeds House development. It is located directly on Reeds Bay Beach between the Royal Pavilion and Cobblers Cove Hotels. The location is hard to beat in Barbados at it is roughly equal distance from Holetown to the south and Mullins Beach to the north.

It is easy to fall in love with Reeds House 12 which is also brand new to the rental market. As you enter this lovely home, you will hear the lapping of the shore just below and as you settle in you will quickly relax to the soothing sounds of the sea. 

The décor is simple yet luxurious. There is a quintessential Caribbean style with some cheerful pops of colour. But one of the best features of this lovely property is the fact that you can enjoy an incredible view from all the rooms. Each of the three bedrooms has a spectacular view as well as the open plan living/kitchen and the roof terrace.  There are not many properties in the Caribbean that can boast that.

The living room window opens up so you will have  a wonderful sense of space and indoor/outdoor living. The modern kitchen is open plan with the living area and provides every imaginable cooking utensil. Guests travelling with young children will need to watch the window as there is a drop but it does close up completely if needs be and the room can be fully air-conditioned. 

All three bedrooms are equally lovely. There are 2 King bedrooms and the third bedroom can been made up with either 2 singles or 1 King. They each have stunning sea views and lead onto the terrace making Reeds House 12 a really wonderful choice for couples or a small group of friends who are travelling together. It is also a wonderful property for a romantic escape and there is a 2 bedroom rate on request.

One flight of stairs brings you to a very impressive roof terrace. The views from here are really wow. In addition there are some lovely comfortable sun beds, a private Jacuzzi, a kitchenette, wet bar and dining area. This is the perfect place to dine under the stars, enjoy sunset cocktails, soak up the sun or just relax with a great book.

Last but very much not least the beach area at Reeds Bay has some really lovely swimming spots. The water here is crystal clear and turquoise blue and great for swimming, snorkelling and water sports activities.  The area is also one of the quietest on the west coast.

Reeds House 12 is a gorgeous property that we would highly recommend and is very popular with our Villas Barbados guests.

When you stay at Reeds House 12, you will be completely pampered by the Housekeeper/Cook who will cook 2 consecutive meals each day.   In addition Villas Barbados are delighted to provide a full and complimentary concierge service prior to your arrival.
