Schooner bay Electra is one of our most popular two bedroom units with private plunge pool located within the lovely community of Schooner Bay. It is just south of Speightstown on the West Coast of Barbados in the parish of St Peter. This lovely and spacious Barbados rental property which is on the third floor offers stunning sea views as well access to one of the most beautiful free form swimming pools on the island and a fully equipped modern gymnasium with lots of facilities such as treadmill, free weights and stationary bikes. There is an elevator for ease of access.
One of the best and most popular features of this lovely vacation rental is the roof top garden. It is grassed with lots of tropical plants and flowers and has a barbeque, plunge pool, outdoor dining area and sun umbrella. This is a wonderful spot and our Villas Barbados guests love it. They spend much of their time here enjoying the view, looking at the sunsets and dining alfresco under the stars. The view from here is really fabulous.
With two bedrooms, Schooner Bay Electra is a perfect Barbados Villa for two couples or a small family. The fully air-conditioned master bedroom is particularly lovely and it is located at the front with stunning sea views and access to a terrace and sitting area. The décor in the living room is elegant and simple. The living area is open plan with the fully equipped stainless steel modern kitchen and leads directly via floor to ceiling sliding doors to the terrace. Here is another lovely dining area again with wonderful views of the sea, gardens and pool.
Additional facilities include a flat screened television, DVD player and wireless internet. There is also an additional powder room off the living room which is great for guests visiting.
The Schooner Bay development also enjoys a near perfect location. The beach here is quiet and has some really lovely swimming spots with white sands and crystal blue clear waters. The area also has some really good snorkelling just off shore.
The lovely local town of Speightstown is walking distance from Schooner Bay. The walk can be made along the beach so long as you don’t mind getting your feet wet on occasion. It is also possible to walk to Jordan’s supermarket just outside Speightstown and you will be able to get all your necessary vacation provisions here. Speightstown has a really good selection of both casual and good fine dining restaurants in. If you are looking for something really special then the Fish Pot just north of Schooner Bay is really excellent for both lunch and dinner.
Housekeeping 3 days per week is included in the rates.
STAFF
For your added comfort, our housekeeper will come in 3 days per week to clean Schooner Bay. A cook can be arranged on request at an extra fee. In addition there is a property manager who regularly visits and is available to you should you have any special requests or requirements.
