Newly constructed, the villa offers modern styles and amenities throughout, with the living spaces and five bedrooms spread over two stories, totalling 13,174 sq ft. providing ample room for ten guests. Staffed with a butler, a chef, and daily maid service this is a property in which guests can truly relax and be looked after from the moment they arrive.
Constructed to maximise the breath-taking views, Tamarindo boasts vast sliding doors which open onto the expansive terrace allowing the interior and exterior spaces to become open-plan, creating an al-fresco living environment. With a glistening private swimming pool, beautiful al-fresco dining terrace and luxurious sun loungers, this is the perfect spot to rest and restore, soak in the Caribbean sunshine and fully appreciate this breath-taking location. On the ground floor, the primary, open-plan living area can be found and is outfitted with large, plush sofas for relaxed evenings with family and friends. A stylish, modern kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, making entertaining a dream.
Each of the bedrooms has a luxury, en-suite bathroom and carefully chosen, elegant furnishings throughout. Sleeping 10 people in total, there are 4 king bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room.
Outside, there’s a striking 20ft swimming pool, set on an expansive private terrace with plenty of sun loungers on one side, and a large C shaped sofa on the other side with soft lighting - the ideal place to while away the afternoon basking in the sunshine, get lost in your favorite holiday read or dining alfresco. The pool and terrace benefit from being at a slightly raised level from the beach, affording privacy and sublime views. The surrounding gardens have been lovingly planted and are impeccably maintained, with mature mahogany trees offering dappled shade, and a mango tree swaying in the breeze.
As part of the beach, enhancement works at Beachlands, an ocean groyne system has been created which will naturally preserve the dry sand area. This environment is perfect for the adorable Hawksbill turtles who often nest on the beach and can be regularly sighted. In addition, there is a stunning living reef at Beachlands that is alive with colourful sea-life, including starfish, tropical fish and turtles.

Tamarindo is ideally situated, close to Holetown with its’ fine selection of bars and restaurants, duty-free shopping as well as many high-end stores and boutiques to browse. Lime Grove Lifestyle Center is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Here you will find some of the finest restaurants on the island, a boutique cinema, exclusive fine art stores, and a lively entertainment and nightlife scene.
For the more active guest, there are superb sporting facilities close by, including fabulous tennis facilities and a gym at nearby Holetown and wonderful golf courses including three beautiful courses at Sandy Lane and a further, very challenging course at Royal Westmoreland which boasts an ocean view from every hole.

Unavailable Tamarindo is simply exquisite. We loved the location and the decor is beautiful. We especially loved the staff. The chef made us wonderful food every night and our Butler simply could not do enough for us. We normally like to eat out but because of Covid we chose to eat in most nights and it was a game-changer for us. Yvonne and Jule at Exceptional did an incredible job in both recommending Tamarindo and in organising everything for us. We will definitely be back soon.

Villa Tamarindo is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious villas in Barbados. I loved the location directly on the beach. Whils't none of the beaches in Barbados are private, the beach at Tamarindo feels almost private. I also loved the fact that you can walk along the boardwalk to Holetown. It is a great choice for discerning clients looking for the very best in luxury. I can highly recommend Tamarindo Villa.
