This villa boasts five luxurious bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main villa while the other is located in the cottage. The master bedroom in the main villa opens right onto a spacious balcony that enjoys spectacular views of the Caribbean. The master bedroom also includes a fitted walk-in closet and a large ensuite bathroom. Soak your worries away in the stand-alone tub or make use of the lovely rainfall shower. The second bedroom is located close by while the others are located on the Northern side to the rear of the property. Each room boasts natural light and is all open, airy and bright. The rooms indulge in soft linens and a profusion of closet space. The remaining three bedrooms all feature luxurious rainfall showers in their private en-suite bathrooms.
The cottage area is accessed from the condo as well as privately from the parking lot. The additional area allows your guests to have more independence and privacy during your stay. The living space is very open and bright and features an open plan design with a living, dining area and kitchenette. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom as well.

The property is a short ten minutes’ drive from Holetown and nearby restaurants and is simply minutes to many of the West Coasts most popular bars, world-class golf courses, and luxurious branded shopping outlets. The Grantley Adams International Airport has located 24.8 km from the villa, which equates to just under a forty-minute drive in total.
Saint James is famous for its high-end, gourmet resorts that are dotted along the Seas coastline. It boasts of excellent fine dining restaurants, several golf courses, shopping outlets and exclusive soft sandy beaches including calm Payne’s Bay and Sandy Lane. Unavailable We were extremely impressed. The location is incredible directly on Payne Bay Beach. The bedrooms are not huge but they are extremely luxurious. We loved everything about it. Julie and Yvonne did a great job in both recommending this villa and in organising every last detail prior to our arrival. We can highly recommend the One at St James.
We were so excited to view The St. James as we've been watching it's progress over the months! The location is just super.. For anyone who knows the beach, it's basically located between Coral Cove and Smugglers Cove. Prime spot! The water directly in front is just pristine!
The views from The One at The St. James are stunning. There are 5 bedrooms here - one of which is it's own self contained "apartment" accessed via adjoining corridor. The Master bedroom is sea-facing. The living area also enjoys the super views. Great terrace.
I'd highly recommmend to those who love real beachside luxury & of course the super Paynes Bay location in such close proximity to EVERYTHING! Love love love!
