Tom Tom Villa has five very large and luxurious bedrooms as well as one of the largest and most beautiful private pools on the island. It is an infinity style pool that is almost twenty meters in length and has stunning sea views. It is perfect for both serious swimming or just relaxing for a cooling dip and enjoying the amazing view.
The villa almost has a spa like feel to it and the views are truly breathtaking. When you stay at Tom Tom, guests at Villas Barbados also have privileged access to the beach club at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion. Here you will be provided with sun beds on one of the most beautiful stretches of beaches on the island. The water is perfect for swimming and should you wish to take lunch there, there are several dining options within the hotel as well being a short walk to Ju Ju’s which is a wonderful laid back beach bar. The The Lone Star Restaurant is also really close by and is one of the best on the island. Should you wish to have a round of golf, Tom Tom is also located just across the road from the Royal Westmoreland Golf course
Each of the five bedrooms are stunning but the two master bedrooms are particularly lovely. The first master is located on the first floor and has a huge window to take full advantage of the amazing view. The second master is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool and lovely terrace. They both have King Beds with very large and spacious bathrooms. The three other bedrooms are also located on the ground floor and comprise of two Kings and one twin bedded room. Two of the bedrooms have stunning outdoor bathrooms with bath and separate showers. As all four of the double are very spacious, Tom Tom makes a great choice for a group of adults or a family vacation.
The interiors of Tom Tom are truly exquisite with natural coral stone white walls, beautiful polished wooden floors and fabulous imported bespoke pieces of furniture and artwork that have come from Bali, Indonesia and the Caribbean. The lovely living room opens completely to the covered terrace via floor to ceiling sliding doors. The terrace is really spacious and has three distinct areas; A lovely comfortable sitting area in the centre, a beautiful table for dining under the stars to the left and a more intimate sitting area to the right of the terrace. The villa which was designed by well known London architect Harper Downie was completed in late 2007.
Tom Tom is particularly beautiful at night and lights up beautifully. The deck transforms to a beautiful and romantic magical setting which is perfect for evening cocktails and dinners under the stars. In addition there is a great barbeque grill should you wish to have a more casual dining experience. There is a very modern and large well equipped kitchen that flows directly to the dining area for ease of service.
Tom Tom is also fortunate to have a fabulous media room with a forty inch flat screened television. This is the perfect space to catch up with a great movie or curl up to a good book all in air-conditioned comfort. Tom Tom also has high speed wireless internet throughout.
The villa is so beautiful and comfortable that many of our guests at Villas Barbados choose to spend a lot of their vacation time here. But if you do wish to venture out, Holetown is a very short drive away. There are some really excellent shopping opportunities in Holetown (both designer and local), as well as a great choice of fine dining and casual restaurants and bars.
STAFF
Our team at Tom Tom are some of the best on the island. They comprise of Fayanne the cook who is really experienced and gets great reviews from our guests at Villas Barbados. She will prepare three meals per day with one day off per week. She is very talented and can do both international and Caribbean food. Beverley and Latoya are the housekeeper and laundress and are also lovely. In addition there is a house manager on call should you have any special requirements or needs during your stay at Tom Tom. And of course our pre arrival complimentary concierge department will also be available for all your pre arrival requests.
