Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Kiko by Villas Barbados. This is one of the Caribbean’s most luxurious vacation rentals overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Paynes bay beach.
This elegant Plantation style home combines modern decor with touches of Bajan history that give Kiko its unique magic. The interior of the villa is beautifully crafted with magnificent coral stone pillars and chic Italian marble flooring, keeping the decoration to a minimum and allowing the ocean views to feature prominently. The ground floor of Kiko is open-plan with large French doors that slide back to invite the ocean sounds and refreshing breeze in.
The stylish bar area is to the right as you look out at the pool and there are many relaxation areas where guests can chill out with a freshly made cocktail and catch up on the days excitement. The dining area is to the left and this can seat up to 14 at a time. Entertainment and recreation opportunities are also plentiful at Kiko, with on-site features including a games room, a fully immersing home cinema, a ceiling surround sound speaker system, a fully equipped gym, a yoga studio, and a decadent spa with sauna.
The two luxury master suites take up the top floor of the home, one at either end, affording complete privacy. A shared living area sits between the two suites, with a large flat-screen TV, a huge breezy balcony with superb, elevated views, and a small kitchenette. The two luxurious master suites feature king-sized beds, private balconies, adjoining dressing rooms, en-suite oversized bathrooms each with cool marbled floors, a private tub and double rain showers.
There are 6 more bedrooms located on the middle level, they all come with a private balcony, sea views and en-suite bathrooms. With family groups in mind, sleeping arrangements are flexible, with two of the bedrooms featuring three single beds making it ideal for children. The ‘garden’ bedroom has its own private access to the pool area and beach.
Kiko stands proud on the northern side of the beach and wonderfully retains its privacy. It has a large outdoor area, swimming pool, and garden with a path that leads on to the soft white sandy beach. The sparkling swimming pool is beautifully designed but more importantly, is big enough to cater for a large group. Dotted around the pool deck are comfy sun loungers, tables, and parasols to assure the utmost comfort and relaxation.
The staff will also have the beach area set up for guests who prefer to sunbathe and take a dip in the ocean. As you can imagine the Bajan waters are crystal clear and wonderful for swimming and snorkeling, sometimes you will meet the friendly turtles and can swim along with them. For the more energetic guests, our concierge team will happily arrange for motorized water sports such as wave runners, water skiing, and tubing at the villa. This is great fun and brings a smile to all faces.
It's worth mentioning at this time that you will have a full complement of staff while staying at Kiko, this comprises of your chef who prepares three meals a day, you also have a housekeeper, laundress, and a butler who will look after you exceptional well throughout your stay.
