The luxury Penthouse apartment, #15 Coral Cove, is a spacious 3 bedroomed property utilizing 3,470 square feet and comfortably sleeping 6 people. It offers all the luxuries and amenities of a private villa. There are elevated views from the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset over the sandy beach and glistening blue water with a cocktail in hand. Or you can soak in the calm sound of the breeze from the luxury of your own private hot tub on the terrace.
The open plan layout of the dining / living room area offers a true sense of space. Open the wide glass doors, and the area is increased again as the outdoor terrace and the inside great room are joined to form one huge airy relaxation area. The property is stylishly decorated to the highest standard, with polished tile floors and subtle colors reminiscent of the hues of the beach below.
The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences and a generous area in which to prepare your meals if you plan to dine under the stars on the terrace. If eating out is more your thing, then there are some wonderful restaurants within walking distance, including the lovely Italian Daphne’s, the laid-back bar & restaurant Mr. Vic’s, the modern décor and atmosphere of Scarlets restaurant and of course the renowned Sandy Lane Hotel which offers a choice of two fabulous restaurants on-site.
The generous, wide windows create a cool, airy space, though there is air conditioning throughout, and all rooms have ceiling fans for your complete comfort.
There are beautifully manicured gardens within the complex offering a sense peace and tranquility in which to enjoy the tropical sounds all around, and from these gardens there is a private entrance onto the beach, making short trips back to your apartment for an ‘Al Fresco’ lunch so convenient.
And all of this complemented by your own friendly housekeeper to look after your every need in terms of day to day cleaning and laundering.

The 3 spacious bedrooms in Coral Cove #15 offer complete privacy and all have en-suite bathrooms featuring luxurious marble and generous, over-sized walk in showers. The master bedroom also has the additional comfort of a large bathtub in which to soak in after a long day on the beach!
The master king sized bedroom features wide, floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto the terrace from which you can hear the gentle sound of the waves rolling in. Begin each day with the fresh sea breeze flowing through the open doors whilst you enjoy the view over the pristine turquoise water.
Bedroom 2 is also a king with en-suite facilities and is furnished to an equally high standard in a contemporary style.
Bedroom 3 is a twin-bedded room, beautifully decorated and again, with en-suite facilities.

Paynes Bay Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach, curving gently into a perfect picture postcard image. The beach is backed by a line of leafy trees offering cool shade from the sun and is described by many people as the best beach on the West Coast. With a good length (it’s a 20 minute stroll from one end to the other when the tide allows) it’s a lovely shore to stroll along and absorb the tropical sights and sounds.
The warm water is clear and calm with no currents making it safe for swimming and watersports, including jet-skiing, boat trips and snorkeling (the little reef directly in front of Treasure Beach Hotel has colourful marine life), and sightings of turtles are often reported by a lucky few!
Barbados is also home to some amazing golf courses, most famously at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland. Sandy Lane boasts three fantastic courses, the forerunner being the prestigious ‘Green Monkey’ which is carved out of an old quarry creating dramatic cliff faces at intervals. The challenging course at Royal Westmoreland offers fabulous ocean views from every hole, sometimes with players having to play over deep ravines. All of the courses offer unrivalled natural scenery whilst delivering premier golfing to fanatics.
There is a host of great amenities in nearby Holetown, just a 5 minute drive along the coast, which includes fabulous restaurants and entertainment, as well as tennis courts, a gym, world class Spa’s to indulge in and of course wonderful shopping for those who love to shop.
Our complimentary concierge service allows guests to have all activities and bookings in place in advance of their stay, allowing them to enjoy every minute of their precious vacation time. Restaurant reservations, catamaran cruises, adventure safari’s, beach bbq’s to name just a few, can all be looked after before you even set foot on the island. Unavailable Hi Julie Our trip was outstanding - Barbados is amazing..great weather, warm ocean, fantastic beach, friendly people. However, what contributed greatly to our enjoyment is in no small part due to the attention to detail that we experienced from everyone involved at your end of the process. We were greeted promptly upon arrival at the airport; the driver was friendly and informative; Clifton, the security person who greeted us at Coral Cove was always friendly and helpful; and Samantha, the cleaning lady, cheerfully welcomed us with refreshments. Samantha even acquired a barbecue for us to use. The apartment was excellent. There certainly were no surprises and was exactly as described in your on-line promotional material. We have no suggestions for improvements - I can't think of anything more we would require. So...let me make this simple - We all loved it! Dealing with Exceptional Villas people was professional and all commitments were fulfilled. Yvonne I know you said it was spacious but my goodness the space in our penthouse was amazing. We love indoor/outdoor living & this was just what we got here - with all the doors open we had a great sea breeze & even better views. Coral Cove Penthouse has really stunning views. Location wise its also really hard to beat..Paynes Bay is just gorgeous..perfect for swimming & for long leisurely walks down towards Sandy Lane Beach..best done at low tide! So central to Holetown for shopping & lots of cafes & restaurants and also some lovely places along the beach..Daphne's is only a short stroll, that's a favourite of mine..The Penthouse itself is spacious with bright modern decor.
Important to note that there's no swimming pool here but proximity to the beach really makes up for it! The terrace is my favourite spot! Great for eating al fresco, relaxing & enjoying the cool sea breeze..heaven!
I'd highly recommend to families, friends or couples - those who love beach life.
I'm currently staying at Coral Cove 15 the penthouse and I can honestly say it is situated in an unbeatable location. The beach here at Paynes Bay is pristine and is one of the nicest in Barbados. We dines in Daphnes restaurant last night and it was great to be able to walk to a restaurant without using the car or a cab for once. The view from the terrace is superb and the hot tub on the deck is just delightful. The housekeeper Cheryl is wonderful and although there is no cook included she prepared a delicious meal for us for just 60 USD plus groceries. It was a real treat! The only negative things I would say is the decor is not as stylish as No 14 which is the other penthouse at Coral Cove & you can hear some road noise at night in the back two bedrooms. However, I would certainly recommend no 15 penthouse for the wonderful staff, superb views and great location.
