It’s called an apartment but that description really doesn’t do justice to this spacious property. With a large lounge, tastefully decorated with plush sofas and easy chairs, to your dining room, a bar area with grand piano, a dedicated media room, fully-loaded kitchen, you will find that all of the living areas of this property are a combination of muted and textured tones of tile and stonework in beige and cream neutrals. With generously proportioned terraces, capturing the views over the gardens and sea beyond, it’s clear that the layout, style and finish of the property throughout is all about creating a backdrop that’s a masterclass in refinement and relaxation.
Bedrooms
Old Trees 102 has been designed to offer high-end and extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. This can be extended to another two guests if the Media Room is used as a twin room. Each of the light and airy bedrooms are configured as follows:
The enormous Master Suite provides a luxury king-sized bed, walk in wardrobes and huge en suite bathroom with a rainfall shower, a large freestanding bath and double vanity unit. With terrace access from the master suite, you can enjoy sunbathing or just sitting watching a sailboat drift across the bay.
Bedrooms 2 and 3, similarly have luxury king beds with their own en suite bathrooms and private terraces. Bedroom 4 offers twin beds and its own bathroom also.
The decorative finish of each of the bedrooms is a combination of luxury fabrics with some tasteful references of pinks and greens. There is a very creative use of natural soft stonework, marble and glass with sweeping bleached timber slatted ceilings. Throughout the property is a aura of purity and tranquillity created by the muted tones and textures.
Each of the bedrooms is air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans allowing guests to enjoy a cool and restful night.
Dining
There is a formal marble dining table that can host up to 14 guests. This area has a prime location within the property overlooking the beach. It is the ideal place to enjoy special candle lit dinners.
For something a little more relaxed, there are some very comfy sofas and low tables on your large covered terraces, ideal for a casual lunch under a cloudless sky. The state-of-the-art open kitchen has its own dedicated breakfast bar area designed for that perfect snack throughout the day.

Beach
A short stroll from your door lies the picture perfect Paynes Bay beach. Renowned for its calm and temperate waters, it’s the perfect place to stroll or swim. Just off-shore you will find some of the cutest and most curious of turtles just splashing around as well as a myriad of other tropical fish species. Why not try out some snorkelling and take a peak beneath the perfect turquoise surface of the Caribbean.
Technology
The entire property is air-conditioned throughout ensuring perfect conditions all year round. In addition, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooking facilities, fridge and dedicated wine cooler.
The main living room and media room have large, flat screen TVs that receive Sky and other cable channels. Each bedroom is equipped with Apple TVs and DVD players.

Unavailable Glorious 4 bedroom villa with an excellent compliment of staff. The location is right on the beach and close to some of the best restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.
As soon as you'll enter Firefly villa, you will be amazed by the stunning ocean view on Payne's Bay beach which is just down one floor. This villa is so comfortable for a family, with a large and well-decorated living room, a plunge pool that offers you privacy, and an ocean view. Gwen, your Housekeeper and cook will spoil you with delicious meals and services. The location on Payne's beach is perfect, close to the best island restaurants and beaches.
