Smugglers Cove 3 is one of just 7 luxury properties within the luxurious Smugglers Cove Development on the stunning Paynes Bay Beach, located on the exclusive west coast of the Island. Located on the 1st floor, Smugglers Cove 3 has 3 luxury en-suite bedrooms with access to a shared swimming pool, beautiful gardens, private parking & most importantly direct beach access.

Paynes Bay is arguably one of the best beaches on the whole Island of Barbados. It is wonderful for walking & has fabulous clear turquoise waters for swimming. Lucky guests can even go for a swim with the turtles from the shore, which is a great experience.

Location wise there are several excellent restaurants close by & the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel is just a short walk north along the shore. Guests love taking a morning stroll onto Sandy Lane Beach, having a swim & then walking back in time for breakfast!  Another thing that makes this location so sought after is that Holetown is literally only a 5 minute drive north. Here you’ll find a large grocery store, excellent restaurants, chic café’s, bars, great night life on 2nd Street, Limegrove designer shopping mall & the beautiful local Chattel shops.

The architecture of the Smugglers building is synonymous with Caribbean & Barbados style with the use of local open Coral. The décor is simply stunning & very luxurious with every modern convenience for our guests.  Beautiful pieces of artwork adorn the walls.

Smugglers Cove really embodies indoor / outdoor living & with this in mind, the spacious living room opens fully to the enormous terrace through the use of folding glass doors. In fact, the moment you walk through the front door you’re met with the wonderful sea vista. Our guests just love having the folding doors wide open to enjoy the cooling sea breeze. The terrace itself is huge & has a wonderfully comfortable seating area for relaxing, enjoying the mesmerizing sea views, dining al fresco or sipping a sundowner while watching the breath-taking sunsets which are famous in this part of the Island.

There’s a modern, fully equipped kitchen for the cook to prepare delicious meals for guests.  There’s nothing like having breakfast, lunch or dinner on the terrace while listening to the sound of the sea lapping on the shore. There’s also a formal dining table in the main dining area which can seat up to 6 people.

Smugglers Cove 3 has 3 luxurious bedrooms all of which are en-suite. The Master bedroom is located overlooking the sea & has spectacular ocean views. It’s got a king bed & is opulently furnished with double doors leading out onto the covered terrace. It’s got a huge walk in closet leading into the very spacious en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is a bright, spacious, beautifully furnished Queen bedroom with en-suite & Bedroom 3 is a lovely twin bedroom en-suite (2 x single beds). All the bathrooms are of luxurious Italian marble.

Smugglers Cove 3 has direct access to the beach via internal steps on the side of the building. Our guests find it so convenient to use these internal steps & not have to leave the premises by the front door to go the beach or the pool.  The Smugglers Cove development has its own private designated section on the beach & every morning the excellent beach butlers will lay out comfortable sun loungers & umbrellas for all the guests.

For complete peace of mind, Smugglers Cove provides 24 hour security & also an internal security system

We highly recommend Smugglers Cove 3 as a wonderful choice for both families & guests who love beach front luxury in a tropical setting. It’s really perfect for those who enjoy relaxing on the stunning beach & also for those who enjoy a little more activity with plenty of watersports available from the beach. When you stay at Smugglers Cove 3, the cook & housekeeper are on hand to look after your every need. Also, the Smugglers Cove development has a beach butler on hand every day to organize your sunbeds & take care of the reserved beach area.

In advance of your stay, our 5 star complimentary concierge team will look after all your vacation requirements such as restaurant bookings, airport fast-track service, car rental, pre-stocking with groceries, ground transportation & a host of excursions. Once you’ve arrived in Barbados our nominated Island concierge can assist with any last minute bookings for you.

LOCATION DETAILS

Smugglers Cove is located directly on Paynes Bay Beach which is widely considered to be one of the Best Beaches on the island of Barbados.  The beach is a perfect crescent-shape lined with mature trees, soft white sands and waters that are almost always calm and turquoise in color.  There is a variety of water sports available on the beach, and Paynes Bay is one of the best places to swim with turtles.  Good swimmers can swim from the shore and watch these beautiful creatures feeding.  Paynes Bay has a great feet in the sand beach bar perfect for sunset cocktails.  It is also possible to walk from Smugglers Cove to several of Barbados Best Restaurants.
